VROC World Reunion
   Eureka Springs 2010
   September 15-19, 2010

Hello, fellow VROCers, Moon here. Reunion time is just around the corner! Thank you for your patience as I have tried to get things lined up for us again this year.

For those of you who have attended the ES Reunion in years past, we will be offering a "Host Hotel" at the Country Mountain Inn whicj has 41 rooms available as well as Rider's Rest next door with an additional 10 rooms. Kettle campgrounds is right across the street and also has camper huts available. We're going back to basics this year For instance:
  • Friday Night Cook-out - Friday night
Kawasaki and local area businesses will be offering up some nice door prizes for us. The cook-out is scheduled for Friday Night at the big firepit area at the Country Mountain Inn. Dinner will start at 6 pm and Drawing for the door prizes will follow.
  • Our very own *Piper* (Steve Chandler, V~524) of Piper's Enterprises will be at the Iron Horse with all sorts of VROC goodies. He will also be designing and producing this year's Official Reunion T-Shirts, patches and the rockers. Check back for when he has the page ready and order early!
  • There will be rides of course, every day and we are due for some excellent riding weather. You just can't come to the Ozarks without taking in some of the great roads we have here around the area.
  • Saturday morning we have Fallen Biker Memorial Service. After the servives we will saddle up for more rides around the Eureka Springs area stopping at some of the local biker friendly spots.

If you've never been to Eureka Springs, you're in for a real treat. It's one of my favorites spots to ride in Arkansas and I am always discovering new roads and rewarded with some great twisties and fantastic vistas!

And now, a shameless plea for volunteers: as most of you know, for such a large gathering to be a success, it depends on the generosity of other folks. As in: time, money and donations (you know, for the raffle). So, if you know you will be attending and would be available to help out in any way, I sure would appreciate it. I have been blessed the last two years with many great VROC volunteers to help out in many areas. Registration table is a great way to meet fellow VROCers as they sign in. Hitting your local dealer up for a few donations helps out too, and of course donations from our members are always welcome. We have some very talented people out there with some great products! Of course I am hoping for the same great group of volunteers and new volunteers too. I am not going to assume anything as far as repeats, since it is "volunteering", and it's only fair that we share the joy of meeting and greeting the VROCers so PLEASE, Please view the ‘Who’s Doing What’ section on the website and see how you can help.

Thanks so much in advance for your support and patience and I hope to see you all there!
